Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-3 business days. But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which not includes weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days. Also we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes. And each has its own term.
Delivery
-Standard delivery takes (processing time not included):
United States: 6-12 business days;
Canada: 14-20 business days;
Australia and New Zealand: 10-15 business days
Europe: 7-21 business days;
Anywhere: 7-21 business days;
If you want to receive your parcel faster, you can add Express delivery to your order.
-Express delivery takes (processing time not included):
United States: 5-7 business days;
Canada: 7-10 business days;
Australia and New Zealand: 7-12 business days;
Europe: 4-7 business days;
Anywhere: 7-10 business days.
Tracking number
We will send you a confirmation by email. It will contain a link, through which you will be able to track your delivery. And you can always text us and we will give you the tracking number.
We take full responsibility for our products and delivery. In case of damage or loss during delivery, we will send out a new product as soon as possible!
Return
You can return the product within 14 days after receiving the package, provided that the product has not been used and was not made to order (personalized product). The buyer pays for the delivery.
You can cancel your order within 12 hours. After that, it goes to the manufacture and we can not cancel it. Write to us to cancel your order.
