1. What is the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, go to Orders. Here’s what you will see: Preparing for Shipment: This means we’re currently processing and packing your goods. (We process orders within 1-3 business days) When your order will be shipped, we’ll send another email with tracking information. We want to pay your attention that in some cases the tracking numbers may be updated later, this is normal! Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse. Delivered: Your order has arrived. If you have any questions about your order, you can write to us in the app (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram,or email) this apps are on our the website.
You can cancel or change your order within 12 hours. After that, it goes to the manufacture and we can not change or cancel it. Please write to us within 12 hours after ordering.
We ship orders within 1-3 business days after receiving the order, the delivery time of the delivery service is: -Standard delivery takes (processing time not included): United States: 6-12 business days; Canada: 14-20 business days; Australia and New Zealand: 10-15 business days Europe: 7-21 business days; Anywhere: 7-21 business days; If you want to receive your parcel faster, you can add Express delivery to your order. -Express delivery takes (processing time not included): United States: 5-7 business days; Canada: 7-10 business days; Australia and New Zealand: 7-12 business days; Europe: 4-7 business days; Anywhere: 7-10 business days.
Most of parcels we ship via UPS , also we send some parcels by USPS.
No – at this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes, we need the next your address, for example: street 123
If you see that your package has not arrived within the specified delivery time, please write to us on email. We will submit an application for the search of the parcel, if the delivery service says that the parcel was lost, we will refund your money or send a new parcel at our expense!
